Eaton Vale at Night (Overnight)

Important booking infomation - Please read before making a booking.
For Scouts and Girlguiding members only, this is not an event for the general public.
This is for overnight, and must be booked by the group leaders.
For overnight you will be able to bring 2 leaders a reduced rate of £10
Any addional leaders will be charged at a higher rate of £15, please ensure you book the correct amounts.

An event for Scouts, Guides, Explorers and Rangers.

Come and join us for 5 hours of drop in sessions at Eaton Vale. There will be outdoor activities ran under the lights and, a few that will be taking place in the dark!

You can book to come for just the activities part of the night, or add on the overnight stay to make it even more of an event for your young people. Overnight includes breakfast the next day

There is a BBQ partway through the night to keep you going.

Glow sticks galore and UV paint to guide the way.

If you want to use a until cheque to pay, while booking in the 'Add Discount Code / Voucher' box enter 'UNITCHEQUE' which will allow you to check out for no cost, the office will then send your invoice and you will have 14 days to make payment

Bookings for this event will close on October 13th, unless we sell out of tickets before this date.

Overnight

Please be aware that young people may be sharing bedrooms/cabins with members from other units and members that they do not know, this is the same for adults. We may mix genders on each floor/within the Tented village however will not do so within bedrooms. We will ensure that at least one adult from each group is on the same floor/Tented Village space for the night, however cannot guarantee that all adults will be on the same floor/within the Tented Village.

If your young people or your leadership team have additional needs that may mean they need specific adults in specific places, please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate this where we can.

Please be aware that a member of the EVAC team will not be residing onsite overnight, you will be provided with an emergency number to contact should you need to overnight.
